"The Big Bang Theory" star Johnny Galecki, who plays Leonard in the CBS' popular comedy, is reportedly dating Katie Waissel, who participated in the reality show "X Factor" back in 2010. It looks like the two started seeing each other just after Galecki's break-up with "Pan Am" actress Kelli Garner.

Mirror has quoted a source as saying to Now Magazine that Galecki, 38, and Waissel, 28, "have been seeing each other for a few weeks now and it's going really well." According to the report, the two have been keeping a low profile, as Gakecki likes to keep his personal life private. The report also says, "Katie isn't one to splash her love life around."

According to Mirror, Galecki and Waissel were first spotted on a date at Chateau Marmont. "The Big Bang Theory" actor was reportedly trying to get inside Waissel's car, without being recognised. The reports suggest that it is still early days for this relationship but there is a possibility that it could develop into a serious relationship.

As reported previously in August, Galecki and Garner ended their relationship after dating for more than two years. At the time, the reports said that the two continue to remain friends. Galecki and Garner made their first public appearance, together, in March 2012, after dating secretly for a while.

Previously, Galecki was secretly seeing his "The Big Bang Theory" co-star Kaley Cuoco [Penny]. Galecki and Cuoco were in a relationship for nearly two years. The media, however, only found out about their relationship after their break-up.

Waissel was previously married to male model Brad Alphonso. She got married to him in Sept. 2012 in New Orleans but the two separated just after two months. In May 2013, Mail Online has quoted Waissel as saying to Now that she was "humiliated" and that she had "completely lost the man" she loved. She said, "I feel tricked, conned and stupid."

Galecki is currently starring in Season 8 of "The Big Bang Theory." His character Leonard got engaged to Penny in the penultimate episode of Season 7. The two characters, however, are unlikely to get married any time soon on the show.
