"The Big Bang Theory" returns on Sept. 22, with Season 8. The first episode of Season 8 is titled "Locomotion Interruption." The title of the episode is probably signifying Sheldon's train journey interruption.

The last season finale saw Sheldon deciding to get on a train to discover himself. Stuart's comic-store burned down and he moved into Mrs Wolowitz's house as her caretaker. Penny and Leonard got engaged. Raj and Emily slept together.

The complete plotline of episode 1 "Locomotion Interruption" has now been leaked on "The Big Bang Theory" wiki page. Here are the top spoilers:

Sheldon's Location: Sheldon gets robbed while on his train journey. This forces him to step out of a railway station for the first time ever since he boarded a train to get out of Pasadena, because he was overwhelmed with the changes that were taking place around him. He is without his pants [The first look features him minus his pants].

He calls up Leonard from Arizona's police station. Leonard and Amy take the "unexpected" trip together to get Sheldon back to Pasadena. Amy is not happy that Sheldon called Leonard and not her to pick him up. Sheldon seems to have seen the whole country (USA) but never has stepped-out of a railway station.

Penny's Interview at Bernadette's Company: The episode 1 features the new turn in Penny's career. She attends a job interview at Bernadette's company. Penny is 'Penny' at the job interview and it does not look good till she mentions that she fears Bernadette. This makes the interviewer and interviewee bond, as the former is afraid of Bernadette, as well. Penny gets the job of pharmaceutical sales representative.

Stuart at Howard's Place: Mrs Wolowitz no longer needs a caretaker but Stuart has no plans to move out, as he has no place to go. He gets on Howard's nerves, as Stuart and his mother have hit it off and Stuart has started acting like his father. Howard also discovers that his mother's answering machine has message from both his mother and Stuart.

Raj and Emily: Raj and Emily are still together.

Sheldon and Penny's Pixie Hair-Cut: Penny sports a pixie hair-cut. Sheldon is back and is ready to face the changes and accept them, till he sees Penny. Penny's new hairstyle makes him run out of the apartment. Penny has to follow him so that he does not run away, again.
