Big Brother 15 house guest Aaryn Gries is having a Paula Deen consequence after making some gender discriminating and racial comments on the reality show. Meanwhile, who did you think would be the first evictee of the year?

Austin-based Zephyr Talent has announced it is dropping Aaryn Gries from its pool of models over her Big Brother 15 racial slur. Gries has called another guest "queer" and told another to "shut up and go make some rice." Another house guest, GinaMarie Zimmerman, has been slapped with the same penance.

Gries' former agency said in a statement:

"We certainly find the statements made by Aaryn on the live Internet feed to be offensive. Upon much consideration, we have decided to release Aaryn from her contract with Zephyr Talent."

"Anyone who watches the Big Brother's live feed knows that cast member Aaryn Gries makes Paula Deen look like Mother Theresa," writes Perez Hilton. The Hollywood blogger's sentiment is echoed by a lot of Big Brother viewers, many of whom has filed a petition to evict Gries in the show.

CBS, for its part, isolated itself from the racial slurs committed by its house guests.

"Any views or opinions expressed in personal commentary by a Houseguest appearing on Big Brother, either on any live feed from the House or during the broadcast, are those of the individual(s) speaking and do not represent the views or opinions of CBS or the producers of the program," the network said in a statement.

Another house guest losing their job over their Big Brother remarks is GinaMarie Zimmerman. She worked as a pageant coordinator with East Coast USA Pageant, Inc. In a moment caught by the live feed, Zimmerman called welfare the "n---er insurance."

"We have never known this side of GinaMarie or have ever witnessed such acts of racism in the past," the company told TMZ.

Meanwhile, David Girton has left the Big Brother house after getting the most number of eviction votes. The San Diego-based lifeguard got 7 votes from the rest of the house guests.
