Another alleged victim of Bill Cosby has gone public to accuse the 77-year old comedian of sexual assaulting her in the past. She reportedly claimed that the actor drugged her back in 2008 at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles.

According to Mail Online, Chloe Goins, 24, has accused Cosby of mixing some sedatives in her drink and sexually assaulting her when she was 18. She now wants all the alleged victims, who have been sexual assaulted by Cosby, to get justice and has said that, she has now come forward to "add her voice to the dozens of women" who have alleged that the actor sexually assaulted them.

Talking about what happened in 2008 at the Playboy Mansion, Goins said that a friend invited her to Hugh Hefner's summer party at the estate in Los Angeles, California. The friends reportedly arrived around 11 p.m. and since they were still 18 at the time, their IDs were checked at the entry door. The drinking was "off-limits" for them, according to Goins.. They were soon introduced to Hefner and they were talking to him before Cosby arrived.

Goins has said that the Playboy Mansion owner introduced Cosby as a close friend. While they were engaged in a conversation with Hefner, the actor supposedly left to get some drinks and offered one to Goins. She described the drink as being a little strong. She said that she started to feel lightheaded. Hefner reportedly suggested that she use one of the spare rooms in the mansion to rest. Goins has claimed that the comedian offered to show her the way and that was the last thing she recalled before waking up.

In her interview with Mail Online, Goins claimed that she woke up naked in a bed and saw Cosby licking her toes. The actor was allegedly hunched over her, with his pants down, and was "pleasuring himself." When, she asked the actor what was going on, he remained silent, pulled up his pants and bolted out of the room. Goins told Mail Online that she suspects that the actor may have licked her breasts, fondled her body. She recalled that she felt "embarrassed," "violated" and "humiliated."

Goins' lawyer has said that that they have already reported the incident to the Los Angeles Police Department for further investigation. Unlike other allegations, the 2008 incident falls within the statute of limitations in California.

It is the second time a woman has come out publicly and has claimed that Cosby sexually assaulted her at Playboy Mansion. As previously reported by The International Business Times, Judy Huth accused the comedian of raping her at the Mansion when she was 15 years old. And, another article from IBTimes has reported that he frequently visited the Mansion to date a "Playboy Bunny" while his wife was pregnant.
