Analysts from the financial sector are rooting for Bill Gates to be the world's first trillionaire within just 25 years.

Mr Gates, as people know by now is Earth's richest man, thanks to his founding of Microsoft. But, there can be more to this as he is widely expected to be the very first man to claim a trillionaire status, The Telegraph reports.

Given that the world's richest will continue to expand investment in the rapidly growing emerging market -India and China - Mr Gates could acquire trillion dollars by 2039, financial analysts predict.

Putting the amount in context, The Times said that trillion dollars is the equivalent of $140 for each person on the planet. At current prices, trillion dollars is sufficient enough to buy up all existing property in central London.

Investment bank Credit Suisse meanwhile predicted that there could be 11 trillionaires that will emerge within just two generations.

"Two generations ahead, future extrapolation of current wealth growth rates yields almost a billion millionaires, equivalent to 20 per cent of the total adult population. If this scenario unfolds, then billionaires will be commonplace, and there is likely to be a few trillionaires too, eleven according to our best estimate," the bank wrote in its annual Global Wealth Report 2013.

For some analysts however, the 25-year long predicted period for a new trillionaire to come is too short.

For Oliver Williams, of the London-based consultants Wealth Insight, the first trillionaire will come in fifty years time.

"You can't be exact on when we will see the first trillionaire, and it is 'when' not 'if', but it is doubtful that it will be within 25 years; double that estimate would be more likely," Mr Williams told The Times.

Anybody can in fact be the next trillionaire.

"The first trillionaire will be an inventor, someone who creates something world-changing, like Bill Gates did with the PC. It might be a solution to a global problem, such as the lack of fresh water, or something the world didn't know we needed, like Facebook," Mr Williams added.

The world's first trillionaire could come from the U.S., Mr Williams predict. Other analysts are seeing someone from the emerging market like India.
