Black Friday Australia 2016: Xbox One games in Target, Big W and Microsoft
Australian shoppers looking for Black Friday deal on Xbox One game titles can buy at Target Australia and Big W. The retail stores are participating in the event along with Microsoft. However, Microsoft offers its products only through its digital store.
Based on the catalogues of Target and Big W, the stores will offer popular titles for different game consoles. Both stores cover same titles and prices, including " Titanfall 2" ($36, Target ) and ($35, Big W), "Battlefield 1" ($52), "FIFA 17" ($52), "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" ($59), "Dishonored 2" ($45), "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition" ($45), and "Watch Dogs 2" ($52).
"Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" ($35), "No Man’s Sky" ($39), "Destiny: The Collection" ($59) and "Rise of Tomb Raider" ($49) are game titles available in Target.
"Mafia III" ($49), "Tom Clancy’s The Division" ($32) and "LEGO Dimensions" Starter Packs ($79), selected fun packs ($20), Team Packs ($20), and Level Packs ($25) are available in Big W.
Microsoft offers discounted prices for titles including "Battlefield 1" ( save 25%, Gold saves 33%), "FIFA 17" (save 30 percent, Gold saves 40 percent) "NBA 2K17" (save 20 percent, Gold saves 30 percent).
Sony also participates in the event offering discounted games for the PS4 console. It offers game including “Assassin’s Creed Triple Pack: Black Flag, Unity, Syndicate,” “Batman,” “NHL 17,” “Farming Simulator 17,” “God of War III,” “Grand Theft Auto V, Godzilla,” “WWE 2K17” and “Star Wars Battlefront.”
On Wednesday,a JB Hi-Fi staff member claimed that the retail store will follow suit on the country's big retailers. The staff member said that the 500 GB model of PS4 Slim will be on sale on Black Friday. However, there are no updates yet and shoppers may focus at the moment in Target and Big W's offers from Nov. 25 to Nov. 28.
