The latest news about app updates with the BlackBerry Z10 shows that Netflix will still be a no-show in the BlackBerry World, among other apps, from BlackBerry's famed 70,000+ apps since the release of the new BlackBerry 10.

According to The Verge, it seems that Netflix has decided to wait until it actually creates a native app for the BB10.

However, this isn't the only app that's missing from the list, but that doesn't mean that there aren't notable apps for BB10 either.

Apps to watch out for

Currently popular apps such as Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare, Dropbox, ESPN, Kindle, and LinkedIn are just some of the more popular apps that have found their way in the BlackBerry niche.

According to Gizmodo, there are even those who have already given their word to create a respective native app, but are still in production. This includes Rdio and ooVoo.

PC Mag also reports that BlackBerry is currently aggressive in finding app developers and getting into talks with them on making native BB10 apps.

There are several apps in line for the following categories: games, social, published media, business and productivity, sports, multimedia, and lifestyle.

Popular apps from these categories include Skype, Evernote, Bloomberg, Angry Birds (for all variants), History Channel, Fruit Ninja, WhatsApp, TuneIn, and Yellow Pages Group, to name a few.

Whether they are already in BlackBerry World or still in the works, PC Mag reports that these are the listed BlackBerry apps that Z10 users will hopefully be able to enjoy.

What's missing?

Aside from Netflix, one of the gripes of users is the lack of a native Instagram app. Since it's one of the biggest and most popular photo-sharing apps for smartphones, it can be a problem for those who have been subscribers to the app way before the Z10 made its debut.

However, ZDNet reports that the side-loaded Instagram app is one of those that can be side-loaded from Android. Granted, this is a previous version of the Instagram, but

The list of apps that have yet to consider anything official in terms of creating BB10 native apps include YouTube, Gmail, Paypal, Amazon, Yahoo!, Google Maps, Nike, IMDB, Yelp, and eBay, reports Gizmodo.

In the meantime, you can check out the other app offerings in the BlackBerry World-you might find a viable alternative if you look hard enough.
