Emma Watson is no longer the bushy-haired, bossy girl on "Harry Potter" in her newest film.

From curls to sleek, straight hair, Emma Watson is rocking the look for Sofia Coppola's take on "The Bling Ring". The 22-year old is going from good girl to bad ass and her fans definitely love the wild streak - on film.

The film, "The Bling Ring", is basically based on true-to-life events revolving around a group of fame-obsessed thieves who stole from famous celebrities. It wouldn't be such a hard role to play but for the British actress, Emma Watson, who has only played the charming witch from "Harry Potter", it was quite a challenge.

However, Emma had only to watch Kim Kardashian in action to know the highs and lows of living the fame-obsessed life.

"I just watched a ton of reality TV," said Emma. "I was doing an English course [at Brown University]. So I would go from reading Virginia Woolf to [watching] Kim Kardashian. I kind of loved it, this mix of super-high and super-low culture. I think it was a nice balance," continued Watson.

Joining Emma for the wild ride are Claire Alys Julien of "The Dark Knight Rises", Taissa Farmiga of "American Horror Story", Katie Chang and Israel Broussard. Additional cast members also include Maika Monroe, Georgia Rock, Leslie Mann, Paris Hilton, Gavin Rossdale and Kirsten Dunst.

Emma is set to lead the pack who robs the homes of celebrities namely Lindsay Lohan, Megan Fox, Rachel Bilson and Orlando Bloom. It's going to be one crazy film for Emma considering all the earlier photos released of the actress wearing short shorts and flaunting her flat abs.

Though "The Bling Ring" is already a wild themed film, Emma is also set to star as an all-American high school girl in "The Perks of Being a Wallflower". Emma is set to play Sam who is from the wrong side of the school involved in sex, booze and drugs. Release date is set for a September 14 release.

As for "The Bling Ring", Sofia Coppola is yet to release a premiere date for the film. Given the entire rave for the star-studded cast, fans of Emma are bound to raid the cinemas as soon as "The Bling Ring" hits the screens. For now, the cast and their frappuccinos might be enough to settle the hype.
