‘Blue Bloods’ Season 5 Finale 'The Art of War' Spoilers: A Reagan Gets Shot And Danny Hunts Down The Perpetrator

"Blue Bloods" Season 5 will air the episode "The Art of War" on Friday, May 1, 2015 from 10:00-11:00 p.m. ET/PT on the CBS Television Network. It will feature the Reagans including Danny (Donnie Wahlberg), Frank (Tom Selleck), Jamie (Will Estes), Erin (Bridget Moynahan), Linda (Amy Carlson), Henry (Len Cariou), Sean (Andrew Terraciano), Nicky (Sami Gayle) and Jack (Tony Terraciano).

After episode 21 “New Rules,” which showed Frank requesting all hands on deck at the New York Police Department, or NYPD in order to locate the shooter who gunned down his friend and NYPD Deputy Chief Donald Kent, the Reagans must deal with someone from their clan who will also get shot.

This episode is about a member of the Reagan family who will suffer from a gunshot wound. Danny will hunt down the perpetrator who is believed to be a gang member.

TV Guide reports that in “The Art of War,” Danny will locate a shooter who injured one of the Reagans. He must also find a way to bring some witnesses to the shooting. Aside from doing these things, Danny will also try hard to keep his emotions from getting out of hand and clouding his judgment.

“The Art of War” is directed by David Barrett and written by Brian Burns. Aside from the main cast and the guest stars, the other cast members of the show such as Abigail Hawk (Abigail Baker), Vanessa Ray (Officer Eddie Janko), Robert Clohessy (Sgt. Gormley), Gregory Jbara (DCPI Garrett Moore) and Marisa Ramirez (Det. Maria Baez) will also be seen in this episode.
