Baez and Danny investigated the murder of three Jewish community leaders who seem to be victims of hate crimes. Meanwhile, Frank met up with a group of people who want to make sure that the perpetrators of the crime will pay for what they did with the full force of the law.
As for Linda, she got mugged and ended up wanting to carry a gun for her protection and peace of mind. Unfortunately, Danny doesn't like the idea of Linda with a gun on her.
Jamie was the one who found out about Linda buying a gun and he told Frank and Erin. But, Frank said to just mind their own business and not blab about it to anyone, especially if Erin doesn't want to let it out of the bag.
Back to the case about the Jewish men, Danny and Baez figured it out in the end. It turns out it was all about a malpractice suit, and not because of religion.
