‘Blue Bloods' Season 5 Spoilers: Episode 4 'Excessive Force' Airs On Oct. 17, 2014, Frank Faces A Tough Decision Concerning Danny [WATCH VIDEO]

"Blue Bloods" starring Donnie Wahlberg (Daniel "Danny" Reagan), Tom Selleck (Francis "Frank" Reagan), Will Estes (Jamison "Jamie" Reagan), Len Cariou (Henry Reagan) and Bridget Moynahan (Erin Reagan) will air "Excessive Force" (Season 5, episode 4) on Friday, Oct. 17, 2014. "Blue Bloods" Season 5, episode 4 "Excessive Force" is directed by Alex Chapple and written by Brian Burns. According to the Futon Critic, in "Excessive Force," Frank is conflicted on what side to choose when Danny gets charged. Apparently, Danny will use excessive force in this episode, hence the title. Frank must decide on whether he will help his son out or protect his reputation in NYPD. As for Jamie, he will bring a homeless man (Jon David Casey) to the hospital. In the process, he will meet Dr. Jennifer Bennet (Sofia Regan). His partner Officer Eddie Janko (Vanessa Ray) will get jealous of her and have a hard time not making it pretty obvious.

"Excessive Force" will feature several stars including Ernesto (Aiden Reid Medina), Cop in Bar (Justin Adams), Lieutenant Trumball (Fredic Lehne), Willie the Junkie (Anthony Fazio), Cardinal Brennan (Bill Irwin), Office Manager (Andy Schneeflock), Guy in Alley (Glenn Quentin), Det. Powell (Mark Morettini), Neighbor (Karen Contreras) and Cashier (Elliot Santiago).

The Internet Movie Database or "IMDb" also reports that "Blue Bloods" Season 5, episode 4 "Excessive Force" will feature Melissa Chadwick (Lieutenant) and Mitchell L. Mack (Jessy Lincoln).
