"Blue Bloods" starring Donnie Wahlberg (Daniel "Danny" Reagan, Tom Selleck (Francis "Frank" Reagan), Len Cariou (Henry Reagan), Will Estes (Jamison "Jamie" Reagan) and Bridget Moynahan (Erin Reagan) will air "Power of the Press" (Season 5, episode 8) on Friday, Nov. 21, 2014. "Blue Bloods" Season 5, episode 8 "Power of the Press" is directed by Tawnia McKiernan and written by Ian Biederman. According to the Futon Critic, in "Power of the Press," Frank will be in the hot seat again, this time due to another one of his police officer's wrongdoing. This particular police officer had a squabble with a civilian. While the altercation was happening, the officer's body camera malfunctioned. As for Danny and Det. Maria Baez (Marisa Ramirez), they must protect an informant who wasn't put under the Witness Protection program by the U.S. Marshall's Service. Plus, Erin will deal with an alleged rape case which involves an old friend's daughter and a very prestigious university.
