Nelson's past will catch up to him in "Boardwalk Empire" Season 5 episode 4. Margaret has to seek Nucky's help. Al Capone is back and will hear the proposal by Lucky Luciano for a change in leadership among the mobsters. [Spoiler Alert]

Nelson Van Alden, who used to be known as FBI agent Nelson, will be recognised by Luck Luciano in "Boardwalk Empire" Season 5 episode 4. In the promo video, Al Capone is seen pointing a gun at his head. Can Nelson prove his loyalty?

Lucky Luciano is putting his plan into motion and trying to garner enough support for a regime change while at the same time putting deals in place for Salvatore Maranzano. Valentine Narcisse paid the price for not working with Maranzano in the previous episode of "Boardwalk Empire" Season 5.

Lucky Luciano may have failed in convincing Al Capone; the promo video shows him getting punched by Capone. Al Capone is later seen with some blood on his shirt and face as he strikes someone with a sharp object. Is this a death scene involving a major character?

Margaret has to seek the help of Nucky Thompson. She was in trouble in the last episode when the wife of the late Arnold Rothstein threatened to sue her. Although Margaret has very little money to her name, her past relationship with Nucky leaves an impression that going after her could be lucrative for Mrs. Rothstein.

Nucky Thompson says that he has a solution for the problem. Will Margaret and Nucky get back together in "Boardwalk Empire" Season 5 episode 4? He is currently dating Sally Wheet and also has a business partnership with her.

Meanwhile, Sally is seen speaking to an officer in the Cuban Army in the promo video. She wants the rum to keep flowing, and for that, she needs the support of the army, who may be blocking the sale of sugarcane to the rum manufacturers.

The flashback scenes of Nucky Thompson continue in "Boardwalk Empire" Season 5 episode 4. In the previous episode, viewers saw how a girl sent him a postcard saying that she would have let him kiss her. Watch the promo video here.
