Last week, it seemed like a fiery arrow struck the set of "Bold and the Beautiful" (B&B) and put most of the soap opera's characters into chaos. Positions had been disturbed as thoughts either began to merge or fall apart. In addition to that, the spoilers and updates for the week of April 7, 2014 revealed that even more lives will be upturned and relationships will be put on bedlam.

Eric Forrester (John McCook) denies Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) the CEO position at Forrester Creations (FC) and makes him co-vice president same with Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang). Ridge had been the past CEO and president of FC, but he left. Ever since Ridge made the decision, Rick Forrester (Jacob Young) has been acting as the president of the company.

Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom), current girlfriend of Ridge, is not at all happy with the new positions. There are hints of Katie fearing that Ridge and Brooke may rekindle their romance as they will soon be working side by side and will most likely be staying late at the office for work. Ridge and Brooke had a past that makes Katie feel insecure.

So Ridge decides to talk to Eric, but Eric has none of it. Eric strongly disagrees with the Katie and Ridge (Kridge) relationship and commands Ridge to end his relationship with Katie. Ridge wouldn't. Meanwhile, Katie decides to use girl power and confront Brooke.

Oliver Jones (Zack Conroy), after being fired by Ridge, regains his position at "Hope For The Future" (HTFT) and gets cozy with Aly Forrester (Ashlyn Pearce). Friday's episode shows Oliver and Aly both flushed as Maya Avant (Karla Mosley) stares at them from a different table in a coffee shop.

The spoilers for April 7, 2014 episode reveals that Ridge will pass up on an opportunity in favor of his love for Katie. Aly, on the other hand, will think things through and decides to talk to the ghost of her mother Darla (Schae Harrison) about her love life.
