‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ spoilers for Dec. 14: Steffy drops a major bombshell; Liam fears she’s in great danger

A life-changing choice is about to be revealed on the upcoming episode of “The Bold and Beautiful” (“B&B”). On Wednesday, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) finally announces her big decision regarding the CEO position at Forrester Creations. If the past episodes are any indication, Steffy will most likely accept the job, despite strong objections from her dad and beau.

It would be interesting how this would affect her relationship with Liam (Scott Clifton), who has expressed contention from the start. More than anything, he’s extremely worried about Steffy. He feels that she would be in jeopardy when she agrees to take the offer. Other “The Bold and the Beautiful” characters who will figure prominently on the Dec. 14 installment include Eric (John McCook), Quinn (Rena Sofer), Bill (Don Diamont), Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Rick (Jacob Young).

TV Guide reports that on Wednesday’s episode of “B&B,” Eric wants everyone at Forrester Creations and his family to come together in peace. Meanwhile, Steffy finally decides whether to accept or decline Quinn’s offer to make her the company’s CEO.

The show’s official YouTube channel posted a preview video for the Dec. 14 episode [watch below]. It features multiple scenes with Liam, Bill, Quinn and Eric.

On the first scene, Liam tells Bill that Quinn’s plan will not work. “Steffy and Wyatt are over,” he says. “The question is, what happens when Quinn realises that?” Later, he expresses fear for Steffy, whom he predicts is “literally in danger if she takes this job.”

Elsewhere, Quinn insists to Eric that she’s not there to cause any trouble among the Forresters. “I want to be a force for peace in this family, not the opposite,” she reveals.

Eric also figures in the clip as he lashes out at Ridge and Rick. He asks, “After all these months of undermining Quinn and me, how could either one of you believe that I will assign one of you as president of my company?”

On Tuesday, Liam told Steffy that he’s not comfortable with her taking the CEO when the offer is coming from Quinn. He gave Steffy some suggestions, such as convincing his father to give her and Ridge his Forrester shares, or leaving Forrester altogether and starting their own fashion business. Steffy didn’t seem on board with either of Liam’s options and said that Eric wants her to do it. Liam begged her to protect herself and their relationship, which means turning down the job offer.

Meanwhile, Liam went to Bill’s office to rant about Quinn. Bill reckoned it’s Quinn’s strategy to get Wyatt and Steffy back together, and said he knows exactly what will happen if Steffy decides to accept Quinn’s offer. Elsewhere, Ridge and Rick tried to butter up Eric and recommended he hang onto the CEO position. Eric refused, prompting the two brothers to suggest they should be co-CEOs. He revealed that he offered the position to Steffy, who then arrived. Wyatt also walked in, and Eric asked him to be the company’s PR head. Ridge and Rick were shocked and furious – they didn’t believe Wyatt is qualified for the job. Rick wondered what positions will be left for him and his siblings, and he was told that he would continue looking after their international business and Ridge will design. Ridge blamed Quinn, accusing her of manipulating Eric’s decisions. Quinn and Eric implored Steffy to accept their offer.
