According to Soap Opera Fan, CBS will air a previous episode of "B&B" on Thursday, Jan. 1, 2015. Here's what will happen on "The Bold and the Beautiful" from Dec. 29, 2014 to Jan. 2, 2015 (Monday to Friday). Rick is starting to panic about his plans of ruling Forrester Creations because time is running out. He will pressure his father Eric to give sign the papers that will give him ultimate power to run the company as CEO. But, Eric will be hesitant to do so because Carter will warn him against signing the legal papers. Meanwhile, Carter will also inform Ridge about the document that Rick wants Eric to sign. But, Ridge has other things on his mind, like his feelings for Caroline. He will confide about it to Carter. Speaking of Caroline, she will be shocked when she sees Maya at a meeting for Forrester Creations.

As for the other "The Bold and the Beautiful" characters, Deacon will try to discourage Quinn from meddling with Wyatt and his plans of trying to get Hope back to him. Unfortunately, Quinn will have a hard time trying to stay out of Hope and Wyatt's way. Liam and Ivy will happily spend New Year's Eve together, while Bill and Katie will unexpectedly kiss each other passionately.

Soaps.sheknows also reports that Ivy will wonder what Rick is actually planning and she will ask Othello about what is really going on with Rick and Forrester Creations.
