‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ spoilers for Feb. 7: Thomas lashes out at Steffy; Brooke makes a surprising confession

Drama seems to be at its peak as a family feud and a romantic rivalry escalates on the next episode of “The Bold and Beautiful” (“B&B”) as it opens the week. On Tuesday, Thomas (Pierson Fode) minces no words as he lets Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) know what exactly he thinks of her promotion as CEO.

Apparently, he hasn’t gotten over the fact that something he worked hard for was just easily handed to someone else. Speaking of being candid, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) comes clean to Bill (Don Diamont) and tells him the true reason why she had to leave town for so long. Other “The Bold and the Beautiful” characters who will figure prominently on the Feb. 7 installment include Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Quinn (Rena Sofer).

TV Guide reports that on Tuesday’s episode of “B&B,” Brooke reveals to Bill what really drove her to take a trip to Italy and stay there longer than she planned. Thomas, on the other hand, expresses his displeasure over Steffy’s business decisions and strategies. The show’s official YouTube channel posted a preview video for the Feb. 7 episode. It features scenes with Bill, Brooke, Thomas and Steffy.

On the first scene, Bill predicts that Brooke and Ridge will soon break up. “He’s going to do something to disillusion you, as always, and once that happens,” Bill says, “That will be that.” Later, he reminds Brooke what happened between them. “One day you’re going to marry me and the next thing you know, Forrester puts an engagement ring on your finger,” he recounts.

Elsewhere, Thomas voices out his opinion about how to run their family business. “We need to stick to what made Forrester Creations so successful in the first place: great designs by great designers,” he says. Things soon get personal as he opens up about his feelings. “You’ve got a job that I’ve worked my entire life towards, and I’m supposed to just sit back and be okay with it,” Thomas claims.

On Monday, having overheard Quinn and Ridge’s conversation, Brooke ordered them to tell her their secret. Ridge came up with an alibi and said they were planning to surprise Brooke with a dress and jewelry for the wedding. Brooke apologised and left Ridge and Quinn. Once alone, the two talked about their kiss and both agreed that it meant nothing. He guaranteed that everything will work out and they ended their talk with an embrace.

Elsewhere, Thomas tried to wrap his head around the fact that the friendly woman he met before was Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). She revealed that she’s her namesake’s niece and stated that she’s reviving Spectra Fashions. As she bragged about putting the company back to the fashion industry map, Sally showed Thomas her sketches. Seeing her designs, he seemed unsure that it’s enough to bring back Forrester Creation’s rival back to its old glory.
