‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ spoilers for Jan. 26: Quinn makes Ridge an offer he can’t resist; Thomas jumps into the fray

A family drama reaches new heights on the upcoming episode of “The Bold and Beautiful” (“B&B”). On Thursday, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) is taken aback when he hears about Quinn’s (Rena Sofer) act of kindness. She assures him that it’s just about paying him back for keeping their kiss a secret, but it seems there’s more to the story.

Just as it appears that the dust has settled, Thomas (Pierson Fode) reignites the feud over the Forrester Creations CEO position. He makes it clear that he’s not happy with the way things have turned out, especially with the fact that he wasn’t considered for the job. Other “The Bold and the Beautiful” characters who will figure prominently on the Jan. 26 installment include Eric (John McCook), Katie (Heather Tom), Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Liam (Scott Clifton).

TV Guide reports that on Thursday’s episode of “B&B,” Ridge is stunned to hear Quinn’s quite generous proposal. Thomas, on the other hand, makes it known that he has a problem with the recent developments in their family business. The show’s official YouTube channel posted a preview video for the Jan. 26 episode. It features scenes with Quinn, Ridge, Eric, Katie, Thomas and Steffy.

On the first scene, Quinn reveals to Ridge, “I’ve done something that I hope you won’t be angry about.” Meanwhile, Katie tells Eric, “I know he hurt you, but he’s still your son.” Speaking of sons, one is complaining about his stand in the family. “I’m dad’s first-born son,” Thomas whines to Steffy. “Why wasn’t I the first choice? Granddad seemed to give dad the option, so why not me?”

On Wednesday, Steffy and Liam headed back to his home to celebrate her divorce with Wyatt. She told him what happened, including the complete removal of their ring tattoos. However, as they toasted to her freedom, Liam felt bad for his brother. Steffy said that she will always care about Wyatt, and Liam hoped to thank Wyatt for doing the right thing. Things soon got hot and steamy between the two and they ended up in bed together.

Elsewhere, Wyatt informed Quinn and Eric that his marriage with Steffy has officially ended. Wyatt said that he needed to let Steffy go for both their sakes. He told Quinn that he’ll move on with his life, and she wished him luck. When Wyatt left, Eric comforted Quinn, who in turn thanked him for his support. Their talk turned to Ridge and Quinn said they may had been a little harsh on him. Eric was stunned hearing this from Quinn, reminding her of Ridge’s betrayal. However, Quinn came to Ridge’s defence, saying that she understood why he felt he had to save Eric. Quinn further shocked Eric when she said that she wants to talk to Steffy about sharing the CEO position with Ridge.

Meanwhile, a meeting was held at Forrester Creations, wherein Ridge presented designs featuring Quinn’s jewelry. Everyone was surprised when Ridge backed Quinn and more so when he asked them to try to accept her. When asked if he’s now friends with Quinn, Ridge uncomfortably said that the trip ushered in some changes. Later, when he was alone, Ridge flashed back to his kiss with Quinn.
