‘The Bold And The Beautiful' spoilers for May 9: Wyatt tries a different tack to distance Liam from Steffy
“The Bold and the Beautiful” opens the week with intense family drama. Wyatt (Darin Brooks) takes another approach to keep his marriage with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and to make sure Liam (Scott Clifton) won’t get in the way. Spoilers hint that instead of widening the rift with his brother, Wyatt will try to fix his relationship with Liam.
Other “The Bold and the Beautiful” cast members who will also appear on the May 9 installment include Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), Thomas (Pierson Fode), Caroline (Linsey Godfrey), Katie (Heather Tom) and Bill (Don Diamont).

We Love Soaps reports that on Monday’s episode of the “Bold and the Beautiful,” Bill offers Steffy some words of wisdom about relationships. Meanwhile, Thomas acts in response to the news that he is Douglas’ real father. Elsewhere, in order to take away his wife from Liam, Wyatt attempts to make amends with his brother.
The show’s official YouTube channel posted a preview video for the May 9 episode. It features multiple scenes with Bill, Steffy, Wyatt, Liam, Ridge, Katie and Caroline.
On the first scene, Bill reminds Steffy that Wyatt always has to come first. On the next part of the video, Liam tells someone, “I’m doing the only thing I can. I’m fighting back for the woman I love.”
Ridge also figures on the teaser as he issues a warning to Thomas. “I’m not going to allow you, or anyone else, destroy my family with Caroline,” Ridge says.
The last scene shows Katie giving Caroline a piece of advice. “This is best for everyone – for you, for Ridge, for Thomas, for his son,” Katie tells her.

Last week, Katie found out from Caroline that Thomas is Douglas’ biological father. Katie urged Caroline to tell Thomas. Katie then confronted Ridge, saying, “How could you keep this from him?” They went on arguing about revealing it to Thomas, and in the end, Ridge agreed to do it. Later, Ridge and Thomas spoke in private. Ridge said that he knew Thomas slept with Caroline, and their action had consequences. Thomas realised what Ridge was saying – that Douglas was his son. Meanwhile, Liam told Bill about Quinn’s visit. Bill was enraged that Liam let her go. Bill asked his son whether he thinks Quinn will be back, but Liam said his focus is on Steffy.
