‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ spoilers for Oct. 13: Zende reels from another bombshell; Ridge delivers bad news to the Forresters

Shocking revelations and intense conflicts fill the upcoming episode of “The Bold and Beautiful” (“B&B”). On Thursday, Zende (Rome Flynn) finds it hard to believe that Nicole (Reign Edwards) is being asked to go through another surrogacy. Followers of the long-running soap would remember that the last one almost wrecked their relationship for good, so Zende could not understand why Rick (Jacob Young) and Maya (Karla Mosey) would request it once again.

Meanwhile, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) musters up the courage to tell his family a devastating piece of information: Quinn (Rena Sofer) has the legal rights to act on behalf of Eric (John McCook). Other “The Bold and the Beautiful” cast members who will appear on the Oct. 13 installment include Wyatt (Darin Brooks), Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), Liam (Scott Clifton), Bill (Don Diamont) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang).

TV Guide reports that on Thursday’s episode of “B&B,” one of Bill’s admirers learns about his engagement with Brooke. Meanwhile, Zende and Nicole clash over a family favour. The show’s official YouTube channel posted a preview video for the Oct. 13 episode [watch below]. It features multiple scenes with Zende, Nicole, Steffy, Ridge, Quinn and Wyatt.

On the first scene, Zende can’t wrap his head around the latest surrogacy request. “I cannot believe the audacity of Maya and Rick, asking you to have another baby for them,” he says. Meanwhile, Steffy and Ridge talk about Wyatt. “I really think that was Wyatt’s last chance to get away from his mum,” she reveals. Ridge agrees and replies, “And he didn’t take it.”

Speaking of Wyatt, he’s also having a serious discussion with Quinn. “He needs an advocate, someone without any agenda,” Quinn claims. “For that, I thank you again for telling me I have Eric’s power-of-attorney because it made all the difference.”

In the previous episode, Steffy told Wyatt that Quinn is now more involved in their lives, after receiving Eric’s power-of-attorney. Wyatt wondered whether Steffy would fight for their marriage or walk away. Steffy insisted that they can’t have a future together with his mum around. She reiterated that Wyatt still told Quinn about the truth, even though his mum is toxic and dangerous. It meant, according to Steffy, that Quinn will always be in their lives, and this is something she can’t put up any longer. Steffy added that she doesn’t see any other way than to end the marriage. She kissed him goodbye.

Meanwhile, Zende and Nicole met with Rick and Maya, who showed their appreciation for giving them Lizzie. Maya then segued into another request – she and Rick wondered whether it’s possible to give Lizzie a little brother or sister. She asked, “Would you consider doing it again?” Maya begged Nicole to just think about it.
