‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ spoilers for Oct. 24: Brooke rejects Ridge; Quinn bares her soul, reveals her behaviour stems from her difficult past

Heated conflicts and surprising acts fill the first salvo of “The Bold and Beautiful” (“B&B”) this week. On Monday, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) rebuffs Ridge’s (Thorsten Kaye) displays of affection, especially since she’s tying the knot soon with Bill (Don Diamont). Spoilers suggest that Ridge refuses to back down and pulls out all the stops to make sure it won’t happen, even though the wedding was his idea in the first place.

Meanwhile, Quinn (Rena Sofer) faces up to the Forresters to explain her attitude, which she says has something to do with her past. Other “The Bold and the Beautiful” cast members who will appear on the Oct. 24 installment include Eric (John McCook), Wyatt (Darin Brooks), Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) and Justin (Aaron D Spears).

TV Guide reports that on Monday’s episode of “B&B,” Bill seeks the help of someone he trusts to prepare for the best wedding for Brooke. Meanwhile, Ridge hurls some serious accusations to Quinn about Eric.

The show’s official YouTube channel posted a preview video for the Oct. 24 episode [watch below]. It features multiple scenes with Quinn, Ivy, Eric, Justin, Bill, Brooke and Ridge.

On the first scene, Quinn recounts her past. “I was so young when I became a single mother,” she says. “I thought I had to be tough and mean and I faked it so well, that I forgot I was faking it… until Eric.” Later, she tells Eric that she doesn’t have many fans in the Forrester clan.

Meanwhile, Ivy tells Eric, “You’re giving Quinn things that she never had.” Justin also appears in the clip as he wonders to Bill, “What do you give the man who already has everything?” Brooke wraps the trailer as she orders Ridge to stop kissing her, exclaiming, “It’s ridiculous!”

"The Bold and the Beautiful" recap

Last week, Eric called Wyatt, “son,” and asked him and Quinn to act on his behalf in overseeing Forrester Creations. Quinn wondered about Ridge, and Eric said he can’t trusth his own son. Eric ordered Quinn to call a meeting with his family. During the meeting, Ridge told Quinn that he’ll listen to his dad, and his dad only. Wyatt intervened, making Thomas wonder about his sudden shift of opinion. Quinn announced that she intends to uphold Eric’s wishes and she expects everyone to abide by them. She then told Ridge that he's relieved of his duties and asked him to inform Steffy that she's no longer president. Quinn then dropped the ultimate bombshell: she is now the acting CEO of Forrester Creations.

Meanwhile, Charlie and Pam turned up at the Forrester mansion to visit Eric. They were flummoxed when Ivy told them about Quinn’s instructions – not to let anyone disturb Eric. Pam blew her top, calling Quinn a witch and accusing her of taking over Eric and the mansion. Ivy asked them to leave.
