‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ spoilers for Sept. 14: Amid her wedding preparations, Brooke shamelessly flirts with Ridge

Tension remains high and family drama escalates to a whole new level on the upcoming episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful” (“B&B”). On Wednesday, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) receives another surprise from Bill (Don Diamont) when he hires a wedding planner to fast-track preparations. It’s full steam ahead for their big day, but Brooke seems to be enjoying her time with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), and spoilers suggest that their flirtation even turns physical.

Other “The Bold and the Beautiful” cast members who will appear on the Sept. 14 installment include Eric (John McCook), Quinn (Rena Sofer), Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), Liam (Scott Clifton) and Wyatt (Darin Brooks).

TV Guide reports that on Wednesday’s episode of “B&B,” Eric’s loved ones resort to an intervention to shake some sense on the Forrester family patriarch. Meanwhile, Brooke is stunned when Bill introduces her to a wedding planner.

The show’s official YouTube channel posted a preview video for the Sept. 14 episode. It features multiple scenes with Eric, Quinn, Ridge, Brooke and Wyatt.

On the first scene, Eric adamantly tells his family, “I’m going to marry Quinn, and she’s going to be the next Forrester matriarch.”

Quinn and Wyatt also figures in the trailer as they argue about her engagement with Eric. When Quinn spells out that she’s going to be the future Mrs Eric Forrester, Wyatt orders her to stop saying it. Quinn asks, “Why? Why can’t you be happy for me?” Wyatt has a brief but meaningful reply. “If my marriage ends, it’s on you,” he says.

Elsewhere, Ridge continues to flirt with Brooke. “I know he wants you, because every man wants you,” he says then pulls her closer to him. “But he doesn’t understand you the way I do.”

In the previous episode, Steffy blew her top after learning about her grandfather’s engagement to her mother-in-law. She ordered Eric to take off the ring and get her out of their lives. Steffy also reminded him that he’s making a terrible mistake, calling Quinn “poison” and “toxic.” Quinn butted in the conversation, saying that they both care deeply for each other. Steffy issued her a threat, then stormed off. Later, Steffy headed straight to her dad and informed him about Eric’s latest bombshell. Ridge said his dad is losing it. Steffy then said that Brooke must marry Bill as soon as possible, saying they need to be ruthless.

Earlier, Ridge had a conversation with Bill and Brooke. Bill reveled in the fact that he’s holding the key to rescuing Forrester from Eric and his black widow girlfriend. Brooke tells Bill off, saying that Ridge has been very gracious about their engagement. When Ridge left, Bill said he wants to marry her now.
