‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ spoilers for Sept. 9: Time seems to freeze between Ridge and Brooke; Eric seeks advice from an unexpected person

“The Bold and the Beautiful” (“B&B”) closes the week with an episode that centres on reminiscing memories and looking forward to the future. On Friday, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) share a warm moment as they sit down for a heart-to-heart talk. Ridge even tells Brooke something extremely sweet, which makes fans wonder whether the two would rekindle their romance.

Meanwhile, the walls close in on Eric (John McCook) as his loved ones continue to pressure him to end his relationship. Feeling frustrated, he turns to someone who cannot possibly oppose him or his decisions. Other “The Bold and the Beautiful” cast members who will appear on the Sept. 9 installment include Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), Thomas (Pierson Fode), Quinn (Rena Sofer), Liam (Scott Clifton) and Wyatt (Darin Brooks).

TV Guide reports that on Friday’s episode of “B&B,” Brooke and Ridge spend time to remember their past, talk about her current relationship with Bill and discuss their future plans about Forrester Creations. Meanwhile, Eric also takes a trip down memory lane as he “talks” to Stephanie’s portrait. The family patriarch also asks his late wife’s guidance with regard to his relationship with Quinn.

The show’s official YouTube channel posted a preview video for the Sept. 9 episode. It features multiple scenes with Steffy, Quinn, Thomas, Eric, Ridge and Brooke.

On the first scene, Steffy tells Quinn, “The only chance Wyatt and I have is if you leave my grandfather.” Later, she admits to her brother, Thomas, that she could easily spend the rest of my life with either Wyatt or Liam.

Quinn, meanwhile, reveals to Eric, “I never wanted to complicate your life.” Eric, on the other hand, says that ever since his wife died, he’s been feeling very alone.

Ridge also figures in the trailer, as he imparts sweet words to Brooke. “Even if you marry the guy, you’d always be my Logan,” he confesses.

In the previous episode, Quinn convinced Ivy to fight for Liam. Ivy showed herself to Liam just as he hugging Steffy. Ivy flirted with him as Steffy looked on, simmering with anger. When Ivy had a chance to have alone with Liam, he said that he’s glad she’s back, but he still loves Steffy. Ivy reminded Liam that Steffy is already married to Wyatt. Liam then informed her about what Quinn’s manipulations, leaving Ivy completely shocked. Liam warned Ivy not to trust Quinn. Ivy was touched – Liam appeared to be looking out for her. She kissed him.

Meanwhile, Steffy and Quinn had another heated confrontation. Steffy told Quinn that she’ll be gone soon enough. Quinn, on the other hand, said that it’s unfair for Steffy to keep punishing Wyatt. Steffy retorted that the only way she and Wyatt have a chance of working things out is if Quinn leaves her grandfather and the company.
