"Bones" Season 8 will premiere in two weeks' time. Will accused murderer Temperance Brennan (Emily Deschanel) find vindication at last?

At the Season 7 finale of Bones, Brennan is forced to run away by the creepy tech genius Christopher Pelant (guest star Andrew Leeds).

Booth (David Boreanaz) has not had much time to process what happened. Max (guest star Ryan O'Neal) urged him to solve the case to get his family back. Will he take Brennan's decision to run against her? Or will he once again show that his love could take all the complexities at Brennan's life and work?

Speaking to the Jazzy Vegetarian Radio Show, Deschanel teased Bones' fans on what's coming up in her character's life:

"We have a great episode to start off where Booth and Brennan get reunited eventually after many months of being apart ... We still are trying to catch the serial killer Pelant, who has framed me for the murder of my friend. He's very sneaky and incredibly smart, and so he is really giving us a run for our money. That's a big episode, and it's pretty dramatic and exciting."

Season 8 Spoiler Alert

In this Season 8 sneak peek by TV Line's Michael Ausiello, fans will see three things: 1. Brennan can't work a blondie look, 2. Booth's body language says 'I'm never letting you run away again, 3. Brennan is either pleased or smiling to overcome the awkwardness of the situation, and 4. Brennan and Booth can spark fireworks from a mile away. Their chemistry is just very strong.

Reports have also surfaced that Blondie Brennan, incognito, has managed to get into Jeffersonian to help her team solve the case being tied to her. Could her vindication happen at last (so the writers can move on to yet another compelling storyline)? Fans could only hope for all the running away to stop.

Aside from O'Neal and Leeds, Bones Season 8 premiere episode will be graced by guest stars Reed Diamond as FBI Special Agent Hayes Flynn; Patricia Belcher as AUSA Caroline Julian; and Eugene Byrd as Dr. Clark Edison.

Bones Season 8 will premiere in the U.S. on Monday, September 17 via Fox.
