Rajon Rondo finally addressed the issue on how he broke his hand and the Boston Celtics point guard is saying that it did not come from a trampoline park but rather in the shower.

“I just let my kids play and run off some steam. It was a school night so I wanted to go about 45 minutes. People were really nice there; they let me in for free — that was good. That night, I went home and that’s when the incident happened. It didn’t happen at all at the trampoline place,” Rondo said to the Boston press present in the team’s NBA Media Day 2014 last Monday via the Boston Globe.

The team’s initial press release stated that Rondo will be out from six to eight weeks but there were alleged reports that Rondo broke his hand at the Altitude Trampoline Park in Boston.

Kelly Hughes, co-owner of the trampoline park denied the allegations in a statement.

“In regards to Rajon Rondo‘s visit to Altitude in Billerica on Thursday the only comment we have is that he was here with his children and his children were the only members of his party that enjoyed jumping, climbing and our battle beam pit," Hughes, said via maslive.com.

"He did not attract much attention as he only sat on a couch and watched his children enjoy our park’s activities. He appreciated our professional staff and allowed a few pictures to be taken. He left with no injuries or incident.”

The 6-foot-1 Rondo has played in only 68 games in the past two seasons for the Celtics mainly because of a torn ACL among other assortment of injuries. Rondo averaged 11.7 points and 9.8 assists for Boston last season.
