Even if many fellow celebrities have dissed Canadian pop star Justin Bieber for his bad behaviour - ranging from drug use to racist remarks - his best friend Floyd Mayweather Jr had always kind words for the 20-year-old.

Bieber proved on Sunday that he is worthy of the BFF tag and could do some good deeds despite his bad boy image when he came to the rescue of Money May's three kids who were involved in a car accident.

Money May was then attending the BET Awards with his girlfriend Bad Medina when the kids were involved in a multi-car accident in Los Angeles.

At that time, Mayweather was talking to the phone with Bieber whom he shared his frustration that he had to be on the red carpet event when his kids needed him.

Bieber, who was near the accident scene, rushed to the site, introduced himself to the police as a family friend, picked up the three children and drove them to the award night, together with Shots CEO John Shadi.

Iyanna, Mayweather's daughter, had a busted lip. She thanked her dad's BFF via a tweet which reads: "Thank you John & superman, lol ! ! ! #insider @justinbieber @john."

Beyond the busted lips, the kids, who are familiar with Bieber because he had performed at some of their events, were unharmed.
