Boxing News 2014: Mayweather Buys $70,000 Worth of Jewellery for GF Bad Medina’s Use at BET Awards; Attempts to Confront Tiny at Red Carpet
Unbeaten American boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr is at it again. No dissing Manny Pacquiao - whom he might finally meet inside the ring in Dubai either in September or 2015 - but going on a shopping spree.

The lucky beneficiary of his generosity, courtesy of Money May's $150 million earnings from 72 minutes of work in the past 12 months, is his girlfriend Doralie "Bad" Medina. TMZ reports that the welterweight title holder spent $30,000 for a Birkin bag, a CELINE python skin bag, new shoes and jewellery from luxury stores along Saks Fifth Avenue.
The shopping spree didn't end in New York, but continued in Los Angeles where he spent another $40,000 on jewellery in the city's diamond district.
The blings and other accessories were for Medina's attire at the BET Awards on Sunday attended by Money May and his "lucky" gal.
But Mayweather's generosity, it seems, had been spent all on Medina because at the BET Awards, Money May spotted Tiny on the red carpet, and he attempted to confront the wife of rapper T.I. Tiny was the cause of the fisticuffs between T.I. and Mayweather.
HipHollywood reports that Tiny was getting ready to interview Jasmine Simpkins when the boxer saw her and started screaming her name. Tiny made a quick exit by cutting short the interview.
Because of the exchange of blows between Mayweather and T.I. who thought the boxer was sleeping with his wife, Money May called Tiny bi**h, but he apologised later to her.
There are reports that the marriage of Tiny and T.I. is shaky, but this was not evident at the BET Awards where they were sitting side by side, while Tint was still wearing her wedding ring, which surely would be much smaller and less expensive than Bad Medina's sparklers.
