The departure of Mayweather Promotions Chief Executive Leonard Ellerbe seems imminent as more Mayweathers speak against his handling of the Sept 13 rematch with Marcos Maidana.

The first rant came from Floyd Mayweather Jr who complained that Ellerbe placed his WBC and WBA titles in two weight classes at stake when he fought the Argentinean boxer for the second time.

He told Fighthype.com, "Leonard, I think we're just getting to a point where we're outgrowing each other. I just think I see things my way and I think he sees things in another way."

Money May also complained that his daughter was seated on the front row, but the girl's mother was not seated beside her. He blamed this fiasco on the totally wrong ticket arrangements. However, he did not complain about two of his flames - Bad Medina and Liza Hernandez - both showing up on the fight, although there are no reports of friction between the two women in Mayweather's life.

Mayweather said, "There's just a lot of things within our team that's just not right. Leonard wasn't in my corner, so, you know, it's not any hard feelings. It's just people outgrow one another. I'm not mad at him ... People just outgrow one another, just like when people get a divorce. They're no longer on the same page mentally."

The second rant came from Jeff Mayweather, Floyd's uncle and trainer, who accused Ellerbe of not doing anything as promoter and CEO since Richard Schaefer did the work before. Schaefer's departure from the company exposed Ellerbe's lack of promotional skills.

"But once Richard Schaefer was gone, everything that happened was wrong," the uncle said, quoted by On The Ropes Boxing Radio.

Jeff pointed out, "You don't put up a belt to a guy that has never even fought in the weight class," echoing Floyd's earlier rant about risking his two titles in different weight classes to Maidana.

Besides the complaints of the two Mayweathers, what also fueled speculations that Ellerbe may be on the way out is the signing of a two-year contract by Alex Ariza as training and conditioning coach to the unbeaten American boxer.

These changes, including the possible exit of Ellerbe from the Mayweather camp, are Floyd's prerogative as company boss, said Jeff, adding that, "probably is time for some heads to roll."
