Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie Sells Mansion for $13.5M, Couple Might Move to Europe [PHOTOS]
Hollywood's hottest couple "Brangelina" has decided to sell their Malibu mansion for a whopping $13.75 US million.
A real estate agent representing the famous couple has listed the 4,088 square feet home for sale after it has been newly renovated. According to the post, the mansion has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a secured gate, and a furnished kitchen. Not a lot for the hefty price, but real estate experts are saying it pays to live in a home where two of the most famous icons of today used to stay. Aside from the bedrooms and baths, the home has other perks that buyers get to enjoy.
"It also has a tennis court, top of the range security system and backs on to a private cove on the Pacific Ocean affording it stunning views. Brad Pitt bough the Malibu Mansion for $8 million in 2005, the time when the actor divorced from FRIENDS star Jennifer Aniston. This is not the first time the actor tried to sell his mansion on the market; back in 2009, he tried to sell it for $18M, but because of the gargantuan price tag, no one dared to buy it. A rumor is circulating that Pitt pushed the listing of their mansion because the pair "fell in love" with Richmond, London where they recently spent a vacation due to Pitt's new movie "World War Z."
"They love the area and are considering investing in property there. It's a great environment for their kids to grow up and they can fly anywhere from Heathrow nearby." says a reliable source to the UK tabloid The Sun.
