Bam Margera was devastated following the tragic death of his Jackass costar Ryan Dunn but a text from Hollywood hunk and A-list actor, Brad Pitt has given him reasons to believe that there is indeed light at the end of the tunnel.
Margera, captured sobbing on U.S. TV while visiting his late friend’s grave site Tuesday, was clearly sounding elated shortly after for the support from family and friends following his loss, including what Contact Music described as a ‘touching message’ from the Tree of Life actor, Brad Pitt.
The Jackass star posted on his Twitter: "Wow, just got a nice text from brad pitt concerning dunn, tnx (thanks) 2 (to) everyone for the texts, cheers me up."
Bam Margera has expressed big loss in Dunn’s death whom he earlier described as someone with big talents and with a lot going for him.
Dunn died early morning Monday when his Porsche hit a guardrail and crashed into the trees in West Goshen Township, Pennsylvania. Authorities said that Dunn’s car spun out of control at 130-150 mph at the time it smashed into the trees then bursting into flames.
Family and friends of the TV prankster held a memorial service Wednesday.
"I've never lost anybody that I care about," Margera was quoted as saying by the Huffington Post.
Attesting that Dunn was ‘the happiest person ever’, Margera expressed regrets of his co-stars death.
"He had so much talent," he added, "and he had so many things going for him."
