Brad Pitt Turns 48 [PHOTOS]
Brad Pitt turns 48 and "Thank God" for great genes because he is definitely aging well.
More than 20 years in the business and Pitt still manages to look like he's in his 20s. Is it because he's with equally hot Angelina Jolie or is it because the constant attention he gets from his huge family of six kids? Well, whatever the reason, Pitt still looks great!
Where did the Hollywood star celebrate his big birthday bash? Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie along with their six adorable kids went out to celebrate his birthday at the city of lights, Las Vegas. Hollywood's hottest family spent the day watching Cirque de Soleil's "Michael Jackson the Immortal" show.
"They had great seats, sitting right beside the stage," a source told People Magazine. "They really seemed to enjoy the show. The performers didn't know they were there and a few of them recognized them while they were on stage, so it was pretty exciting."
So after celebrating the big 4 & 8, what is next for Hollywood's hottest? After his movie "Moneyball: The Art of Winning" (for which the actor is nominated for a Golden Globes) and "Tree of Life," Pitt is scheduled to star in the upcoming "The Odyssey" and "World War Z."
With so many upcoming projects, does this mean Pitt is making the most of his acting career and truly quitting by the age of 50? Is it because he wants to spend more time with the kids? Well, who doesn't?
"Me, personally I like aging. With age comes wisdom and I have said it before and I say it again, I will take wisdom over youth any day. I think certainly, being a father has changed everything for me as far as perspective and interest, taking care of myself and wanting to be around for them," said the actor in a recent press conference for "Moneyball" in Seoul.
If Pitt goes through with his decision to end his acting career by the age of 50, fans are hoping for more movies. However, he can quit anytime as long as he allows his adorable kids to follow his and Angelina Jolie's footsteps, ruling the box office with movies of their own.
