Miss Philippines Ariella Arida has it in the bag for her. Among this year's Miss Universe candidates, she emerges the strongest.

This Filipina exotic beauty has classic look. Being humble and classy, she is one of the favorites in this year's Miss Universe pageant. Other leading contenders include Miss USA, Miss France, Miss Venezuela, Miss Spain and Miss Israel. They are only a few getting closer to winning the crown.

Other beauties who have chances of bringing home the Nexus crown aside from the mentioned candidates are Miss Brazil, Miss Puerto Rico, Miss Ukraine, Miss Switzerland and Miss Russia.

But according to Nikkiii, a Brazilian beauty expert known to give accurate predictions in each Miss Universe pageant she has given her opinion who would make it to the top 5. Miss Philippines is not in her list.

She said she isn't really a fan of Miss Philippines although the beauty seems prepared and this might help her a lot in the pageant. When asked to give her top picks, she gave a list.

The top 16 for her would be Miss Indonesia, Miss Bolivia, Miss Great Britain, Miss Israel, Miss France, Miss Brazil, Miss Puerto Rico, Miss Czech Republic, Miss India, Miss Nicaragua, Miss Puerto Rico, Miss Ukraine, Miss Russia, Miss Australia, Miss Poland and Miss Venezuela.

She added the potential winners among her top 16 candidates would be Miss Poland or Miss Spain.

The Philippines does not even come close to making it to the top 16 and that would certainly be a first in the long run of representatives from the country that were able to make it to the top 5 candidates in the Miss Universe pageant.

The pressure is certainly on for Miss Philippines as many are expecting her to bring home the crown and not just make it to the top 5.
