Despite her appeals, Kristen Stewart has reportedly been prevented from visiting boyfriend, Robert Pattinson while the actor is filming The Rover in the southern part of Australia.

A friend of the Twilight lovers has recently talked to iNTouchWeekly in an exclusive interview and revealed that the Cosmopolis actor decided to use his time in Australia “to reflect” more on where the relationship is going, telling off the Speak star that both can do the same with the physical distance that keeping them apart.

“Rob doesn’t want her to visit,” iNTouchWeekly said in a report, quoting a friend of the Twilight couple in an interview for its latest issue. “He felt like they needed space. He wants a break.”

This has made Kristen more wary of her relationship with Rob, resulting in more insecurities that could drive the In Love and Trust star away from the Into the Wild actress.

Robert flew to Australia in mid-January to prepare for the location shoot of The Rover, which officially began on January 21. The two have allegedly been on trial separation since then following the much-publicized summer fling Kristen had with Snow White and Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders.

Unable to take the heat of the separation and the uncertainties brought by the miles and long hours separating them, Kristen has tried to make up for the “temporary indiscretion” by calling and sending him countless text messages.

The celebrity couple’s friend affirmed that this does not do Kristen any better.

“She was calling and texting him constantly — if he didn’t respond she would fly off the handle,” the friend was quoted as saying by iNTouchWeekly, adding, “So he just stopped responding.”

'Kristen is desperate to get out to Australia because she misses Rob. But he’s being ambivalent about the whole thing," another source told HollywoodLife.com, according to The Daily Mail.

The source added,"'It seems like she’s going to fly out there, despite the fact that he has cut their communication down a lot.'

The latest interview by iNTouchWeekly raised more speculations of the Robsten split. Troubles have seemed to caught up with the couple but were told to keep anything public in the first two weeks of the DVD release of the final instalment of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn-Part 2.

The Twilight couple have remained mum about the real score of the Robsten Romance.
