The Episode 13 of "Breaking Bad," Season 5 "To'hajiilee" put Marie's (Betsy Brandt) conversation, with her psychologist in a new light. It no longer seems like a drab, unnecessary conversation that was slowing down the pace of the episode.

The scene where Marie is expressing her hatred for Walt -- without naming him-- and her violent thoughts to the psychologist now make sense. It looks like Hank (Dean Norris) is not returning home, again. The possibility is high that it is Marie who is likely to finish her husband's unfinished business.

In "Breaking Bad" episode "To'hajiilee," Hank was finally able to outsmart Walt (Bryan Cranston), with the help of Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul). He had locked Walt in the car and had called-up Marie, giving her the news that he has finally succeeded in catching Walt. He said to her it will take a while for him to return home and that he loves her. But, soon the bullets started to fly in the barren, desert land. The two men, Hank and Steven (Steven Quezada), were taking on half a dozen Jake and his guerrilla men, and a helpless Walt was locked inside the car.

Hank surviving the onslaught looks bleak and it is highly possible that one of the bullets is going to put him six feet under. If Hank and his colleague do not survive, Walt escapes again as no one at the DEA office knows about the latest development in 'Hiesenberg' case. Also, there is Walt's confession tape that frames Hank, and the dead men cannot rise to prove their innocence.

The danger is Hank can be projected as the drug kingpin who died in a gun-battle between the two warring groups in the same drug business. Walt becomes the innocent victim who was caught in a cross-fire and luckily escaped it.

What happens to Jesse Pinkman? He was the target and if he survives, he is going to be an asset to Marie when she walks down the path of destroying her sister Skyler's (Anna Gunn) family. There is no way Marie is going to let Walt get away.
