The other half of the Bella twins, Brie, may be lacking in the dramatics department or in acting chops, but her devotion to husband Daniel Bryan can never be questioned. She recently revealed in E! Online that the real reason why she quit WWE is to care for her husband.

After undergoing neck and shoulder surgery that will sideline the heavyweight wrestler for a minimum of six months, Bryan was called on to the stage by Stephanie McMahon. Right then and there with her wife at her side, Stephanie demanded that Bryan hand over his championship belt or else, she will fire Brie. Brie let out a resounding "I quit!" followed by a resounding slap, which was heard all throughout the wrestling world.

The "Total Divas" star relayed through entertainment site E! Online that the real reason why she decided to quit WWE is to care for her ailing husband Bryan. After the encounter with McMahon, she relayed to sister Nikki that her husband's health concerns are her priority as of the moment and that her wrestling career must take the back seat.

"Bryan and I realized his injury was more complex and that he needed more time to heal," Brie reveals during Sunday's episode of "Total Divas." "But the best part about it is I quit on television as a storyline, just so I could stay home and help Bryan through this really hard time."

With the couple both unemployed, they have to make do with simple living and the meager earnings from their stint in the reality show, "Total Divas." Bryan's net worth is only approximately at $2 million while Brie's is at $1 million. Given that they purchased a new home, the couple is looking at other means to sustain their living. The latest "Total Divas" episode also revealed how Brie asked Nikki to grandfather a loan to boyfriend superstar John Cena in order for the couple to jumpstart a bed and breakfast business. Well, Cena has shot down the proposition, which was also the cause of some tension in the household after Bryan found out that his wife went behind him to ask for assistance.

As it turns out, all is well in the Bryan household. Rumours are also floating that Brie is pregnant, which is the real score and reason why she is on hiatus, but those have not yet been confirmed. For now, it is admirable that Brie is standing by her man and taking the time to nurse him back to health and competitive form.
