The BRIT Awards 2014: Best Performances From The Incredible Show From Beyonce, Lorde To Arctic Monkeys [VIDEOS and PHOTOS]
Brit Awards were the most spectacular show that happened in London till date. The spectacular event took place on Wednesday evening at the London's O2 arena. There were great performances from various artists which left the audience spell bound. Some notable ones include performances by Arctic Monkeys, Pharrell Williams, Beyonce, Katy Perry and Lorde.
Beyonce gave a spell bounding performance as she introduced her song "XO" at the Brit Awards. The pop diva looked spectacular in a long, floor length Vrettos Vrettakos gown that reportedly contained 140,000 blue zircon crystals, reports E! Online.
The pop diva belted out the wonderful ballad from her self- titled album "Beyonce" and enthralled the audience. She did not take help of any backup dancers or even props! Queen Bey's voice was enough to let the audience cheer in delight.
Katy Perry gave a stupendous performance on "Dark Horse," a hit number from her latest album "Prism." Perry dressed like an Egyptian as she wore a neon green dress for her performance.
Arctic Monkeys, who won two awards at the Brit Awards, gave a wonderful performance on "R U Mine" while Lorde looked amazing in black dress as she performed flawlessly on her Grammy Award winning song "Royals." Pharrell featuring Nile Rodgers gave a super fabulous performance on "Get Lucky" / "Good Times" / "Happy."
Bruno Mars rocked the show with his wonderful performance of "Treasure." Bastille and Rudimental gave a wonderful performance on "Made In Heaven" while singer Ellie Goulding, who has a unique voice, gave a mesmerizing performance on "Burn."
Arctic Monkeys won the Brit Award for British Group while rap group Daft Punk won Best International Group, but were not present at the ceremony. Nile Rodgers accepted it on their behalf.
Singer David Bowie won Best British Male Brit Award but again missed the ceremony. Model Kate Moss accepted the award on his behalf. New Zealand-born singer Lorde won Best International Female Solo Artist and could hardly contain her excitement while Arctic Monkeys won British Album of the Year!
