The 3-year-old son of British dad Lee Webb, 23, goes to a pre-school named Smarty Pants Nursery in Folkestone, Kent. However, it seems the father is not smart because he made the mistake of giving the child his drug dealer's kit instead of the kid's lunchbox.

When it was time for the boy's break, the staff opened his lunch box and to their surprise instead of food and drinks inside the Tupperware, they found cocaine, mephedrone - a banned stimulant - two knives, a set of scales and other drugs paraphernalia, reports the Telegraph.

The staff called police, while Webb realised his mistake and rushed back to the nursery to retrieve the other lunchbox. However, the nursery staff refused to return it.

At the same time, the police raided his house in Folkestone and discovered cash of £680. The incident happened in March 2014.

Police didn't accept Webb's alibi that the lunchbox was just given to him by another person to care for the night.

He was charged with possessing Class A and B drugs and admitted the charges. Canterbury Crown Court Judge James O'Mahoney, who sentenced him to four years, chided the tree surgeon of EDF Power Company.

Mahoney said, "Your stupidity put children at risk and I consider the potential exposure to children of these drugs is so serious only an immediate custodial sentence can be justified."
