Is Brown Confrontation A Case Of Self-Defense?

Chris Brown may be the victim of an acutely adverse situation. As Brown currently arrested for felony assault on Oct. 27, and now in jail a source close to the him revealed that he was not guilty of all charges and he was the victim rather than perpetrator. He was just trying to defend himself from a possible attack as the singer has been erroneously accused and was innocent.

"He didn't hit anybody and he damn sure didn't use a gay slur," the source said to HollywoodLife.com.

The source told that multiple men attacked Chris and his entourage in an attempt to get onto his tour bus, which resulted in the confrontation, the source added.

"They could have been strapped or carrying guns on them. We didn't know them and told them to get away," the source cited.

"When things got physically substantial but to some extent and Chris was not involved in the confrontation, words went back and forth and a little shoving and stuff but Chris didn't hit anybody. He's on probation and he has bodyguards and people to protect his space," the source noted.

From this viewpoint, if truth would be told it appears like the brawl was a case of self-protection and that Chris and his group were just trying to keep at bay the redundant intruders.

The alleged victim claimed that Chris punched him in the face and broke his nose in an interview with TMZ. It appeared that the story that alleged victim was telling was counterfeiting what happened.

The victim reportedly stated that Chris got offended when he and his friends photo-bombed a picture Breezy was taking with two female fans, and then the aforementioned brawl happened. Chris allegedly said "I'm not into this gay s**t, I'm into boxing," and then threw a punch on the man's face.

Brown is still in lock up and will stay behind the bars until Monday, Oct. 28 when he makes a court appearance. "He's going to be alright. Nobody's worried about anything," the source claimed.
