Glee Season 2 star Mathew Morrison and Hollywood actress Cameron Diaz were spotted together in a car over the weekend, as shown by photographs circulating on the Internet. This development gave rise to wild speculations that the two might be dating.

E! News published photographs of Morrison, who plays New Directions coach in Glee, and Cameron Diaz stepping out of a car together. However, some reports say that the Morrison and Diaz are just friends.

Morrison reportedly arrived separately from Cameron Diaz at Bardot, a West Hollywood club, last Saturday night. The two, together with Diaz's friend and fellow actress Joanna Garcia, hung out all night. Later, Morrison drove Diaz and Garcia home.

E! News quotes a source as saying: "Matthew and Cameron had some one-on-one time in the lounge, but nothing seemed too intimate. Matthew seemed to be a huge gentleman and genuinely cared for both ladies the entire night."

The rumored romance between Diaz and Mathew Morrison comes at the heels of the controversial GQ photo shoot by fellow Glee stars Leah Michele, Dianna Agron, and Cory Monteith.
