Cameron Diaz takes a stumble on date night, Benjie Madden sports new head tattoo
Cameron Diaz and Benjie Madden grabbed curious onlookers’ attention while out on a date at The Nice Guy restaurant in West Hollywood on Saturday, Oct. 3. Madden debuted a huge skull tattoo on his head while his wife Diaz took a stumble on the pavement.
The paparazzi were there just in time to snap photos of the couple as they were leaving the restaurant and heading to their waiting car. Madden’s bald head sported a new ink consisting of a skull design and some intersecting lines that formed several triangles. A couple of photos of his new tattoo are shared by the Australian magazine Woman’s Day.
His wife also grabbed headlines while out on their date night. Diaz unfortunately took a stumble while she was about to get into their waiting car. Even as Madden guided her to the car, her stilettos still got in the way and she tripped as she was walking down from an inclined pavement. Photos of Diaz stumbling are also posted by Woman’s Day. She was immediately assisted by her husband into their car. A flustered Diaz was snapped inside the car looking a bit embarrassed as seen in this photo shared by the publication.
The Good Charlotte guitarist is no stranger to tattoos. Much like his twin brother Joel, his arms are covered with them and even his neck and chest are filled with tattoos. He also sealed his union with Diaz by having her name permanently inked across his chest. According to US Weekly, he had it put there just seven week after their wedding. Madden shared a photo of the ink on his Instagram along with the caption, “Thinking about you” and added three heart emojis. He also included the hash tag #LuckyMan.
Diaz and Madden tied the knot in an intimate wedding at the actress’ Beverly Hills home this year on Jan 5, according to E News. It’s believed that around 100 guests attended the ceremony at the last minute. Nicole Richie, who is married to Joel, and Diaz’s close friend Drew Barrymore reportedly served as bridesmaids. The couple has been married for nine months.
