"Hunger Games: Catching Fire" actress revealed something very personal in a very charming and hilarious way on "Late Show with David Letterman." Earlier, it was reported that Jennifer Lawrence was supposed to appear on TV shows "Late Show with David Letterman" on Nov. 19 and on "Live with Kelly & Michael," and "Good Morning America" on Nov. 20. But she couldn't visit the shows on the said dates. It was reported that she skipped her visits due to severe stomach pains.

However, later on "Late Show with David Letterman" she admitted the real reason in a very candid, charming and funny manner.

"I thought I had an ulcer and it turns out it was a 'fulcer. I had this really bad pain for three weeks, and you can only s**t your pants so many times before you have to go to the emergency room, before you're like 'I need to go to the hospital," told Lawrence to David Letterman in an interview on his show.

She also disclosed that she had to get an endoscopic ultrasound done and had weird dreams while she was asleep.

"I was like, I dreamed there was a nuclear bomb went off and then the first like lucid conversation I remember having was about the Kardashians," continued Lawrence.

"Then I put my hand on the anesthesiologist's chest and I said 'would you just please promise me something? Will you promise me you'll watch "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," please?" added Lawrence while laughing at herself.

On Nov.20, 2013, the actress was posing for pictures on the red carpet of her upcoming film's premiere in NYC when all photographers started yelling for her attention. Overwhelmed by the chaos the actress herself started shouting back at them: "Shut Upppppppppp!" and "NO! No! No!"
