The cast members of "Captain America 3" may not be allowed to speak about their upcoming movie, but that did not stop the actor Robert Downey Jr. to get in a few words about the movie without revealing any major plot elements.

Promising the viewers that the movie "Captain America 3" is "going to be huge" the actor also said that he may get into trouble if he were to reveal anything more. He was speaking to Yahoo, in an interview that was supposed to focus on his movie "The Judge" but swirled into his role in and as "Iron Man."

Recalling the early days when the first "Iron Man" movie was yet to be launched, the actor said that he knew that the producers were taking a risk with the movie and considered it to have very little chance of success. The movie, however, went on to become a big hit and opened the gateway for multiple new comic book based superheroes to feature in the movies.

Robert Downey Jr. said that he was "excited" about the upcoming movie "Captain America 3" in which he will be reprising his role as the eccentric billionaire Tony Stark. He will be joined by Chris Evans as Steve Rogers. The other cast members in the movie are yet to be announced with expectations of Anthony Mackie coming back in the role of the superhero Falcon.

The movie is slated to be released on April 29, 2016 in the U.K. and on May 6 in the U.S. This gives the producers ample of time to plan for the movie. The movie will be directed by Anthony Russo and Joe Russo, both of who also directed the movie "Captain America: The Winter Soldier."

Before "Captain America 3" hits the movie theaters, Robert Downey Jr. will be playing Tony Stark in the movie "Avengers: Age of Ultron." The movie is slated to be released in May 2015 and will be directed by Joss Whedon. A whole host of superhero characters will be featuring in the movie, which includes Natasha Romanoff, Quicksilver, Thor, Steve Rogers, Scarlet Witch, Hawkeye and Hulk. They will be battling the super villain Ultron in the movie.
