Cash-strapped Ukraine selling helicopter gunships
They delivery anywhere!
That's how the Ukrainian military, which is very hard-pressed with cash, is advertising the sale of their lethal fleet of helicopter gunships.
The Ukrainian military created a Web site similar eBay to auction off their military hardware in a desperate effort to raise money.
According to the Web site, up for grabs are the sophisticated Russian-made Mil Mi-8 and Mi-171 attack helicopters which are armed with deadly guided anti-tank missiles, rockets and armour-shredding chainguns.
Bidders need to shell out £7.3 million for a hardly used fully loaded model while a cheaper, older transport choppers going for a bargain £266,000.
Ukrain's defense ministry announced in its Web site, "We can deliver anywhere."
