What happens "after the storm" to new couple Kate Beckett (Stana Katic) and Rick Castle (Nathan Fillion)? There is no better title to Castle Season 5 premiere than the one which gives reference to a powerful metaphor: a storm.

Wetpaint.com has seen an advance copy of the Castle Season 5 premiere, and it is indulging the fans with a couple of teasers.

Here are some of the things you will find in Castle Season 5:

1. Remember the final act in the Season 4 finale? (If you're a fan, you'd remember it, as if you've just seen it moments ago.) As previously reported, it's really, really, not a dream.

2. Castle and Beckett appear to be doing fine together. They waited four years; it probably helped.

3. Wetpaint takes note of a "blush-worthy reference to the pilot episode" at the opening scene. Gotta catch that!

4. As reported earlier, the murder of Kate's mother will be the focus of the Season 5 premiere. There'll be more time for the (mis)adventures of the new couple, eh?

5. Beckett and Castle will be working cases outside New York. But it does not happen in the premiere just yet.

Castle Season 5 premiere review

Spoilersguide has generally positive things to say about the Season 5 premiere. The website said:

"This premiere had a very tricky task ahead of it, juggling the afterglow of Rick and Kate's coupling (and the cutesy/sometimes downright funny moments that come with it) with the ever-looming threat of Cole Maddox. I'd say the show pulled it off well."

There is nothing much in the reviews about the Ryan-Esposito bromance, as well as Beckett's return to NYPD. However, it has been earlier reported that Beckett will get her badge back.

Castle Season 5 is coming back to U.S. television on September 24.
