Castle Season 6 is back with a fresh episode airing on Jan. 6 on the U.S. network ABC. The New Year spirit is alive between Nathan Fillion and Stana Katic who actively greet fans on Twitter. Will they show fans Kate Beckett's wedding dress and Rick Castle's groom suit soon?

Spoiler alert: This feature contains minor spoilers on Castle Season 6. Episode 11, titled "Under Fire" airs Jan. 6. The procedural dramedy series last aired a new episode on Nov. 25.

"2014 is gonna nut kick 2013!" Nathan Fillion tweeted, obviously psyched up for the new year.

"Good luck in 2014, everyone! Wishing u an amazing holiday season. See you then. W/love, Stana!" The actress much loved by fans for her role as Kate Beckett was also in chipper New Year mood. Stana has gone on vacation, but she's expected to tweet again soon enough.

There is little to be cheerful about in Castle Season 6, Episode 11 aka Under Fire -- at least not until the resolution of conflict of the week. The People's Choice nominated bromance Ryan (Seamus Dever) and Esposito (Jon Huertas) will be in grave danger. Even the Caskett couple doubts Ryan would live to see his newborn child.

But fans know Ryan and Espo aren't dying. Why would the Castle Season 6 showrunners waste such bromantic chemistry?

"Jenny goes into labor but Ryan's put in some danger that could ruin the moment," says the Castle 6x11 synopsis on TV.com. Juliana Dever, Seamus' real-life wife, is reprising her role in this landmark episode. Kevin Ryan becomes a daddy! But first, some chaos!

Castle Season 6, Episode 12 aka "Deep Cover" is even better. James Brolin is coming back to reprise his role as Rick Castle's father. He is set to meet Kate Beckett!

Fans of Stana Katic can hardly wait to see the lovely actress in a stunning wedding dress. It will disappoint many Caskett shippers if no wedding happens before Castle Season 6 finale. But what happens after the groom is reunited with his father?
