Castle Season 7, Episode 4, titled "Child's Play," airs Oct. 20 on ABC. This week's new episode would remind viewers of how Stana Katic's Kate Beckett described Nathan Fillion's Rick Castle in the pilot episode: "He's like a 9-year-old on a sugar rush," Kate says of Rick in Castle 1x01.

This week's new Castle episode on ABC features all things kids: elementary school, ice cream, and fun. There's a murder to solve, of course, but viewers can trust Rick Castle to deliver some comedy in spite of it. In fact, in Castle 7x4 Rick Castle goes undercover - among children!

"Castle goes undercover at an elementary school to find the second-grader who may possess information about the shooting of an ice cream vendor," reads the Castle Season 7, Episode 4 synopsis on TV.com.

In Castle Season 7, Episode 3, Kate and Rick get to tackle yet another pseudo-paranormal case, this time involving an "invisible" murderer. The Caskett duo seem to be back to normal, even teasing the viewers with talks and anticipation of sex. Still, there are more questions than answers on what really happened to Castle. More important, what did he want so badly to forget?

Earlier spoilers revealed the Rick Castle mystery would continue to develop toward the end of Castle Season 7. Would Rick and Kate sit down to talk about some "solid ground" that she wants to feel before moving forward to the Caskett wedding?

Castle Season 7 spoiler reports say it will be a November wedding, so a "talk" could happen in this week's new episode. TVLine has confirmed the wedding in this report.

Castle creator Andrew Marlowe and new showrunner David Amann have earlier said the Caskett shippers need not worry about their favorite couple. Castle Season 7 only means to explore Rick's history in a rather complicated way.

In other Castle Season 7 news, Kevin Ryan (Seamus Dever) has been moonlighting as a pub security to augment the family income. Javier Esposito (Jon Huertas) and Lanie Parish (Tamala Jones) are back together.

Castle Season 7 airs Mondays on ABC.
