"Castle" Season 7 premieres Monday, Sept. 29 on ABC. Spoilers indicate a new elaborate arc that could uncover some secrets about Nathan Fillion's Rick Castle. Stana Katic's Kate Beckett, as well as the 12th Precinct of NYPD, would be in the front row of the investigation.
Spoiler alert: This feature contains spoilers on Castle Season 7. The new season starts in a week's time on ABC.
It seems there will be some answers for the fans as early as the Castle Season 7 premiere. Entertainment Weekly's Natalie Abrams wrote fans will "be surprised by where the evidence leads in regards to who actually took (Rick Castle)."
Earlier series creator Andrew W. Marlowe and new showrunner David Amann have both assured fans that Kate Beckett and Rick Castle are in-love. However, EW's Abrams has warned fans that the secrets that would be unraveled in Castle Season 7 could make them reconsider their Caskett ship.
"The apparent truth, however, is something so shocking, it may make you question your Caskett devotion," Abrams wrote. What would happen next to Stana Katic's Kate Beckett and Nathan Fillion's Rick Castle in Castle Season 7?
Marlowe has earlier hinted at the possibility of the fans getting to know Rick Castle in a more profound level in Castle Season 7. Beckett, backed by the NYPD, is expected to go after who may have kidnapped her groom. What would she find out?
In other spoilers, it seems Ryan (Seamus Dever) and Esposito (Jon Huertas) would be at odds in the midst of their investigation early into Castle Season 7.
"Dueling theories about what transpired (and who may have had a hand in it) will put Esposito and Ryan at odds," TVLine's Matt Webb Mitovich reported.
"Someone at one point is made to wonder if Rick perhaps had last-minute 'misgivings' about marrying Kate," the same TVLine report said.
Castle Season 7 starts in a week's time on ABC. A lot of changes are expected, as Rick Castle could be revealed in a way that was never done before. Still, fans are hopeful that they would not wait a long time to see Castle and Beckett in an "official" and uninterrupted wedding.
