CBA dominated proceedings, winning two-thirds of the categories and was also named the top bank by representatives from MPA's Top 100 Brokers database.

Last year's winner ANZ took out second place, while Bankwest was one of this year's most improved lenders, climbing up the ranks to third.

One respondent described CBA's performance thus: "CBA is always looking to support the broker with new initiatives. From the credit team to support staff, they are all accessible. They are also implementing features and pricing to support and improve their product and services. They are innovators and definitely leading the way in the mortgage market for brokers."
