Celebrities Sporting the Latest Trend of Gold Grills: From Rihanna to Justin Bieber [PHOTOS]
Gold grills seem to be the latest fashion statement sported by a few young celebrities. Since Miley Cyrus' debut the look for her "We Can't Stop" music video, a few copycats have emerged along the way. Check out who among Hollywood's hottest are sporting the gold grill look.
Back in the days, rap artists were the only celebrities wearing the iconic gold grills. These were metal fittings placed along the teeth that would make the wearer feel "like krunk." Well, nowadays, rap artists aren't the only celebs sporting the look because all thanks to Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, Rihanna and Amanda Bynes have been wearing the iconic gold look.
In Miley's "We Can't Stop" music video, it was obvious that the 19-year old singer had the iconic golden line up. Justin Bieber had apparently taken inspiration from Miley Cyrus, whom he is currently collaborating with, and had gotten his own golden grills.
Unlike Miley's one set of gold nashers, Justin opted for two sets - upper and lower golden grills. This is quite the statement by the Canadian crooner. Some "Beliebers" find the look swag but a few totally dislike Bieber's "golden" look.
Another celebrity recently spotted wearing the gold grills is RnB princess, Rihanna. Given her ex-beau's penchant for the grills, it's not surprising that Rihanna would follow suit to the trend. Yet, Rihanna isn't the copycat given she had sported the look way before Miley and Justin. The 25-year old singer had countless photos of her golden grills way back in 2012 and in her earlier Instagram posts.
One other celebrity ready for her custom made gold grills is Amanda Bynes. The former Nickelodeon star is allegedly working on her rap career and nothing says rap better than a pair of diamond grills. In an Instagram post by jeweller Ben Baller, Amanda had ordered for a rose gold and pink diamond grill. All that's left is for Amanda to tweet all about it.
