The two teams arrived at a boxing gym and found CEO Mark Bouris inside the ring. The challenge for the third week was to operate a gym, create a fitness programme and place it on a DVD that will be sold to customers. The "Celebrity Apprentice Australia" team that rakes in the highest amount of cash from selling the DVDs wins the competition.

Tegan Martin was project manager of Team Fearless, while Matt Cooper led The Dream Team. Bouris said that a member of the losing team will be fired after the challenge. A few of the contestants felt confident that they can take on the challenge well, considering that they are gym buffs, like Esther Anderson and Richard Reid. The teams discussed their strategy, the name of their programmes and the respective objectives.

The Dream Team thought that it would be beneficial if they show off their beautiful bodies. The girls decided that a workout based on the 1980s would be a great approach, complete with themed music and attire.

Esther is having a lot of trouble with Team Fearless after suggesting that they go for “prancercise.” They decided to name their programme “Pump it up with the Stars.” They planned to have only three of the women appear in the promotional material.

When they were ready for customers, people started coming. The girls’ workout session seemed to be a hit, while the men’s workout room stayed empty. Later on, more people started walking in the men’s area. The teams began to rake in cash and talk to the people attending.

At the boardroom, Bouris asked the girls why they would not go with Esther’s ideas. Mel Greig answered that they felt that Esther lacked conviction and confidence. There was an exchange of words between team members, but, ultimately, the girls won the challenge by earning $85,233. The men only raised $65,559.

Matt decided to bring James Mathison and Geoffrey Edelsten along with him in the boardroom for the final deliberation. After several questions, Geoff was fired. Geoff seemed hurt by the decision but said that he is ready to go home.

Episode 4 of “Celebrity Apprentice Australia” will air on Wednesday on the Nine Network.
